About Us

Nick Mattiuzzo

Nick is a December 2006 graduate of Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri. While working on his Bachelors degree in Communications Studies with an emphasis in Advertising/PR. Nick was a Photography Technician and the Photo Editor for the Evangel University yearbook, the Excalibur.

He flourished during a summer graphic design internship with his home church, James River Assembly, a mega-church of over 10,000 people located in Ozark, Missouri. In addition to the normal weekly workload, he helped prepare the church for their largest evangelistic outreach of the year — the I Love America Celebration. His internship then led to employment at the church as a Graphic Designer.

Nick has worked as the Art Director for Prodigy Pixel/Missions Linked, one company with three branches providing design, web, and photography services to local and national businesses as well as to over 400 missionaries around the world. He has served as the Managing Assistant of Andrew Bowser Photography which is owned and operated by Prodigy Pixel.

Nick created NM Creative Design in 2007 with the goal of providing affordable solutions to graphic design needs.

Katie Mattiuzzo

Originally from just outside Minneapolis, Minnesota, Katie settled down in Springfield, Missouri with her husband Nick after completing her Bachelors degree in Advertising and Public Relations with a concentration in Graphic Design from Evangel University in 2008.

In addition to taking on freelance projects during her senior year at Evangel, Katie interned as a Graphic Designer with the National Girls Ministries department at the General Council of the Assemblies of God, also based in Springfield. Her internship also led to employment which is where she is still serving today as a Teen Girl Specialist, working closely with teen girls and traveling for speaking engagements. She also works as a Graphic Designer within the Girl’s Ministries department.

Nick and Katie met in 2006 when their paths crossed in Art History and Graphic Design classes. They not only share a last name now, but they also share a passion for graphic design and take pride in each project they design and joy in each client interaction.
